Michael Pai is one of the top sushi chefs of Connecticut. He is highly experienced in his profession
and values the satisfaction of his customers. With over 20 years of experience, Michael has traveled
many parts of the world including Japan, Taiwan, and the U.S. to build his sushi-making skill. From 2003
to 2004, Michael and his wife, Joanna Chang, had owned a restaurant in Staten Island, New York
named "Haku Zuru". He later expanded his work to Connecticut in 2005.
A former worker of "Japanica" in West Hartford, Michael had won for them an award of "Best Sushi"
from City Search as their head sushi chef. Towards the end of 2006, the Pai family had once again
opened a new business named "Mo-Mo Taro Japanese and Chinese Restaurant" in Manchester, CT.
Since then, Michael had continued to earn the respect of many customers with his traditional style of
making high-quality sushi.
